Flight Tickets
Non-refundable
Tickets can be kept on hold and rescheduled within 365 days (for Vietjet: 180 days).
Date changes are subject to airline regulations and may incur additional fees.
Hotels & Cruises
Refunds and cancellations aresubject to each hotel’s or cruise’s policy.
We will support you in reviewing and processing these policies on a case-by-case basis.
Group Tours
Free cancellation: up to 2 days before departure
50% cancellation fee: for cancellations made before 6:00 PM the day prior to departure.
100% cancellation fee: for cancellations made after 6:00 PM the day prior to departure.
Private Tours
Free cancellation: up to 7 days before departure
50% cancellation fee: for cancellations made within 4-7 days before departure.
100% cancellation fee: for cancellations made within 3 days of departure.
Note: In case of cancellation within 3 days, a small partial refund may be issued for non-fixed services such as meals or entrance tickets. This amount is usually minimal and will be calculated individually at the time of cancellation.
